The place we’re staying in is the most dilapidated resort I’ve ever seen. Amore Resort on the art island of Teshima, Japan is spectacular.
While Alei and Karen rested, I scoped out the crumbling wonderland. The owner spoke fluent French, and was disappointed to find I only spoke English.
He wanted us to eat straight away, at 5.30 in the afternoon, but we managed to delay an hour or so before Alei and I split a three-person BBQ between the two of us.
